Sailthru is a US-based Customer Retention Cloud platform that helps retail and media marketers build deeper and lasting relationships with their customers through the personalisation of the customer experience - from email marketing to brand specific mobile applications.

 

The Challenge

Sailthru needed a UK PR consultancy that had the capability to successfully launch the brand and platform into the UK. With this as a main focus, Sailthru set the goal of raising and maintaining awareness in key Retail, Marketing and B2B Business titles to position Sailthru as a known brand for personalised individual customer experiences across digital communication.

 

The Solution

ITPR set targets of securing high level marketing, retail and B2B technology media coverage to launch Sailthru into the UK. ITPR conducted a piece of market research to use as a springboard into the UK marketplace. The results of the market research were turned into a market research report for the media with accompanying infographic and an eBook for Sailthru website.

Using the Market Research, ITPR was also able to fulfil the campaign goals by driving media coverage, building media relationships and developing an ongoing thought leadership campaign with a specific focus on Sailthru’s key brand messages.

Working closely with a US-based PR agency, ITPR was able to utilise and repurpose US content for the UK media, securing and facilitating media interviews at a range of UK-based media events.
