The Brief

In global businesses/ organisations  effective communication is crucial to thrive and connect with diverse workforces, or an international audience at conferences. 

Interprefy, a multilingual event technology and services provider, approached ITPR with the objective of enhancing their brand visibility to support their growth across Europe. 

Now entering our fourth year supporting Interprefy to position itself as the go-to solution for businesses seeking efficient and accurate language interpretation services - we have used a combination of expert opinion to support proactive and reactive media engagement. 

The key objective was to increase and then maintain awareness of the Interprefy brand and its AI translation technology among target audiences across Europe.

Success would be judged on whether coverage could be secured in event, business and technology press and positioning their C-suite as thought leaders within language technology and the future of remote-simultaneous interpretation solutions.

 

Our Campaign

ITPR set out to research and secure relevant media opportunities and, where possible, arrange interviews with key spokespeople.

Our team researched the industry-specific publications, online platforms, and influential journalists based in the UK and EMEA. Once this was in hand we were able to build an editorial calendar of content topics that suited both the publications and the key messages for Interprefy. This research also identified which publications would be best served using relevant press releases, personalised pitches on a specific topic/ challenge, and feature length thought leadership articles.

Working in partnership with the Interprefy marketing team, we developed a consistent set of messages that highlighted Interprefy’s technology and how it serves both interpreters and organisations. 

Working together over a long period of time requires the ability to  refresh and refine key messaging to ensure that whilst the positioning remains strong - it doesn’t become stale. The ITPR constantly tracks industry news and reports this back to Interprefy to ensure they are aware of the news agenda. This helps to inform expert opinion on the future of language technology and remote simultaneous interpretation. ITPR has supported the creation and distribution of opinion articles,blog posts, press releases and feature inclusion. 

In order to maximise reach, ITPR has also leveraged opportunities within Forbes Council to ensure the client had regular content posted on Forbes.com, which not only lent credibility to Interprefy but also facilitated cross-promotional opportunities.

Over the entire duration of working with Interprefy (39 months):

  • 77 backlinks to the Interprefy website
  • 53% of coverage has 'Interprefy' mentioned in the headline
  • 53 average Domain Authority of media websites
