Celebrus (part of D4T4 Solutions Plc) is a customer data platform that gives businesses a complete picture of customer behaviour and experience by creating real time profiles for streaming and personalisation analytics.

 

The Challenge

Celebrus approached ITPR with the goal to build brand awareness through a strong media engagement strategy. The company was in need of a consultancy that could position it as a thought leader n the topic areas of data analytics, customer journey and experience mapping; and omni-channel marketing.

Celebrus were also looking to build partner relationships with the aim of boosting the profiles of of key decision makers and spokespeople.

 

The Solution

In order to meet Celebrus’ goals, ITPR  developed a 12-month UK focused PR campaign that was based on active thought leadership placement and media relations strategies to raise awareness of the brand in target media verticals.

ITPR further expanded media coverage for Celebrus through a market research project with its key partner, Teradata, and industry event based media relations.
