Flexible Working
Need an extra hour in bed? Got a hot date after work? We offer our employees flexible working so you can work when it suits you best. We love this aspect of the role as it means you can adjust your working days if necessary.
Long Service
We value long-service and dedication to the company and thank employees that have been with us for three, five, seven and ten years with some extra cash and annual leave. This provides a great opportunity to take a few weeks off for a trip!
Birthday off
Birthdays are just the best aren't they!? They might get less exciting as you get older, but we give all of our employees an extra day of annual leave each year to take around their birthday to go and celebrate in style. Cakes and treats are encouraged!
Career Coaching
As well as quarterly reviews and personal development plans, our leadership team will work with each employee to create an external training programme using industry bodies such as the CIPR and PRCA. We want you to improve and challenge yourself so that you are prepared to overcome any obstacle you might face in your role.
Promotions
We think employees should be rewarded based on performance, not just on time served. We provide our hard-working employees with promotions, pay rises and managerial experience, and there is always an opportunity to adapt or change your role in the future.
Training and Development
We encourage all of our staff to develop their knowledge. As well as training programmes and learning sessions, our employees are members of the CIPR who offer external PR training courses to constantly improve our skills.

Travel
We encourage all of our employees to go out and visit clients, attend industry shows and networking events. This means you can get to travel round the UK, Europe and the USA. Hope you have your passport ready!
Christmas Party
Christmas is the best time of year, so we try and celebrate as best we can. We do our best to make our Christmas parties a little bit special, from trips to Paris or lunch at the Shard, to completing the Crystal Maze or a day in Dublin - we always have great days out!
Summer Party
Summer is time to soak up the sun, and we love getting out of the office for the day! Previous trips have included Ascot Races, company BBQs, cooking schools, and everyone has the opportunity to contribute to our next outing!
Regular days out
We think it's important to get away from your desk every so often and do something active. So as well as taking the company out for Christmas and Summer parties, once every 6 weeks we get together for a team lunch and have some fun!
Office Tech
Love gadgets? We've got you covered. You'll be provided with your own laptop to help you work remotely. Managers get the option of a mobile phone or contributions to their mobile phone bill. We'll get your home office kitted out.
