Retail Directions engages ITPR to boost its brand presence after successful UK trial

We are proud to announce that ITPR has partnered with global retail management software specialist, Retail Directions, to boost its brand presence in the UK Retail Technology industry. This new partnership follows a successful trial that saw new and returning website sessions almost double in number.

The Australian-headquartered business is well established in its home country, with more than 30 years' worth of experience delivering retail technology. The new partnership with ITPR is aiming to grow its presence in the UK, with targeted outreach to South Africa also a primary focus.

Seasoned B2B technology marketeer, Polly Lambert, Head of Global Marketing at Retail Directions commented on the partnership, “Having B2B marketing experience on both client and agency sides of the fence, I wanted a PR agency that not only knew the retail technology space, but was also straight-talking and honest in its approach to executing and measuring the impact of a PR campaign. Lambert continues, “We’ve almost doubled the amount of website sessions in the time we’ve been working together, with big increases in the UK and South Africa, which are two key markets for us. We’ve recently launched a new website, and now we’re working together on building a long-term content-based campaign as we collectively grow the Retail Directions brand in the UK.”

This recent partnership comes as ITPR reaches its first year of trading under the stewardship of Managing Director, David Beesley after he successfully completed a management buyout in April 2021. ITPR has enjoyed other successes in this time, including expanding its presence to the North West
