Today is the day that I can officially announce that I have completed a management buyout of ITPR from Huble Digital Group.
The buyout, for an undisclosed sum, makes me the principal shareholder.
Founded by PR veteran, Bob Dearsley, in 1990, ITPR has become one of the most recognised and longest standing independent B2B PR consultancies in the UK technology sector.
In 2020, ITPR became part of the international Huble Digital Group, a digital business consultancy specialising in business transformation using the HubSpot platform.
Bob will continue in his role as Chief Executive of Huble Digital and will become a business advisor and consultant to ITPR.
Having worked alongside Bob for the last decade, I am pleased that we agreed the MBO to secure the long-term future of the business.
Bob and I have worked hard over the last 10 years to create a business that provides much more than traditional PR services, branching out into Content Creation, SEO, Inbound Marketing and even Inbound PR. I’m incredibly proud to be taking over the reins. We’ve already set our sights on making sure ITPR is around for another 30 years, inheriting an experienced team that is passionate about B2B tech PR and are relentless in creating success for our clients.
Speaking to Bob about the MBO, he commented that, “After 31 years it is a delight to be passing on my treasured ITPR brand, with the prospect of it going into another generation with David in charge, I know it is in safe hands and it feels like it is still in the family!”
On 1st April 2021, ITPR Director, David Beesley, successfully completed a Management Buyout of ITPR from Huble Digital for an undisclosed fee. ITPR is as strong as ever and our B2B technology PR expertise will continue to be much in demand as PR continues to play a key part in the online digital world that we all do business in.
