Having studied for a degree in New Media Journalism and Public Relations it seemed inevitable that I would go into a career in journalism, however after working as an editorial assistant on a yachting magazine and a brief spell in the world of financial marketing I was drawn to the light and realised that a career in PR was meant for me.

When I am not writing press releases or securing fantastic coverage I can be found training for my next international outrigger canoe race on the River Thames, running or in the gym, occasionally I venture away from exercise and enjoy shopping for new additions to my shoe and handbag collection.
